The problem

Low-ticket single products, and a store that undersold how good the assets were. Add to cart was the bottleneck, and margins got squeezed as ad spend went up.

What I changed

A full rebuild, 200+ hours, with custom Shopify sections. Bundles, upsells, cross-sells and downsells built into the journey.

The result

Bundles now carry the margin single products could not, and the store is built to scale with paid ads.
