Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Creator OS ("I", "me") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. This policy explains what I collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.
What I collect
- Contact details: your name, email and phone number if given.
- Business details: your store link, revenue range, and anything you tell me in forms or on calls.
- Order details: what you bought and your billing address. Card payments are handled by Shopify; I never see your full card details.
- Account access: if you give me access to your store, ad account or email platform to do the work.
- Website data: cookies and basic analytics, only where you've agreed to them.
Why I use it
- To deliver the services you've bought (contract).
- To reply to audit requests and enquiries (legitimate interests).
- To send updates or marketing emails, only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe any time (consent).
- To keep financial records (legal obligation).
Who I share it with
Only the services needed to run the business: Shopify (store and payments), my email platform (emails), my booking tool (call bookings), and my accountant. I never sell your data.
How long I keep it
Client records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Enquiries that don't become work are deleted after 12 months. Access to your accounts is removed when the work ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how it's used. Email jackbiggerstaff01@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies to work, plus analytics and marketing cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
Terms of service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy any service from Creator OS ("I", "me") through this website.
1. What you're buying
Each service page and product says what's included. Anything not listed isn't included unless we agree it in writing first.
2. Payment
One-off services are paid in full at checkout. Monthly services are billed as set out in the subscription policy. I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price.
3. Getting started and timelines
Timelines start once I have what I need from you: access to your store or accounts, your brand assets, and answers to the onboarding questions. If those are delayed, the timeline moves with them.
4. Revisions
Design projects include two rounds of revisions. More rounds, or changes to the agreed scope, can be quoted separately.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use any content, logos, images or products you give me, and that the information you provide is accurate.
6. Who owns the work
Once you've paid in full, you own the final designs, copy and content made for you. I may show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to. Third-party items like Shopify themes, apps, fonts and stock images stay under their own licences.
7. Results
I'll always do my best work, but I can't guarantee specific sales, ad results or revenue. Those depend on your product, pricing, market and ad spend.
8. Ad accounts
For ads work, you keep ownership of your ad account and pay Meta directly. You're responsible for your ad spend and for following Meta's advertising rules.
9. Liability
My total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Ending the work
Either of us can end a project or subscription as set out in the refund and subscription policies. If either of us seriously breaks these terms, the other can end the agreement straight away.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Refunds and cancellations
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These are services, not products, so the rules are a little different from a normal shop. Here is exactly how it works.
One-off projects
This covers Premium Store Redesign, Full Shopify Store Build, Email Flow Set Up and Meta Ads Setup.
- Cancel before work starts and you get a full refund.
- Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. You keep everything finished up to that point.
- If I can't deliver what was agreed, I'll put it right or refund you for the part that wasn't delivered.
Photography, video and UGC
- Reschedule or cancel with at least 7 days' notice before the shoot for a full refund or a new date.
- With less than 7 days' notice, the booking is non-refundable, because the time, studio and crew are already committed.
- Once a shoot has happened, it's non-refundable. If something in the edit isn't right, tell me and I'll fix it.
1/1 support calls
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your call for a full refund or a new time.
- With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't turn up, the call is non-refundable.
Monthly management
Monthly services are billed in advance and you can cancel any time. See the subscription policy for how billing and cancelling work.
If you're buying as a consumer
If you're buying for personal use rather than for a business, UK law gives you 14 days to cancel. If you ask me to start work within those 14 days, you'll pay for any work already done if you then cancel.
How to ask for a refund
Email jackbiggerstaff01@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Subscriptions
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This covers monthly services: Meta Ads Management, Email & Content Management and Full Growth Management.
Billing
- You're billed monthly, in advance, on the same date each month as your first payment.
- Payments are taken automatically using the payment method you used at checkout.
- Ad spend is not included. It's paid by you directly to Meta, from your own ad account.
- Meta Ads Management covers ad spend up to £10,000 a month. Above that we'll agree a new price before anything changes.
Cancelling
- There's no minimum term. You can cancel any time.
- Cancel from your account, or email jackbiggerstaff01@gmail.com.
- Cancelling stops the next payment. Work carries on until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- Partial months aren't refunded.
Price changes
If the price changes, you'll get at least 30 days' notice by email before it affects your next payment.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, I'll let you know and the work may pause until it's sorted.
